If you are still at high school and beginning to think about what you would like to do when you leave, or you are a high school Teacher looking to help your special needs students make the transition to the next phase of their lives, then Personnel Employment delivers a variety of programs that you should consider.

The State Transition Program aims to assist students with disabilities make a successful transition from school to the workforce, a traineeship, apprenticeship or further education.
The Personal Leadership Program
is a 10-week intensive program delivered one day a week by two trained facilitators and which provides young people with the knowledge and skills required for them to live enterprising and successful lives. It teaches them to become leaders of their lives independent of their circumstances.

The VET to Work Program provides additional support to students with disabilities, (with
primary focus on intellectual, learning and sensory disabilities) in VET to improve their
training and employment outcomes and their transition from VET into employment.
