In order to be eligible to receive a service from Personnel Employment (or any Disability Employment Service (DES) provider) you must:

  • have a permanent (or likely to be permanent) disability and
  • have a reduced capacity for communication, learning or mobility and
  • require support for more than six months after placement in employment   

You may need to undergo a job capacity assessment which is a single, comprehensive evaluation of your ability to work and an assessment of the most appropriate employment related service for you. Personnel Employment can help you through this process.
