Personnel Employment provides assistance, free of charge to employers who are looking to employ a person with a disability.

Our expert staff will help you:
- Develop a job and person specification
- Identify a suitable candidate
- Assist with orientation and induction training
- Set up paid and unpaid work experience (insurance provided by Personnel Employment)
- Access wage subsidies from the Commonwealth Government on behalf of the employer
- Implement workplace modifications or adjustments where necessary
- Support and train new staff person
- Provide co-worker education for existing staff and managers
- Provide on-going support
