Welcome to Personnel Employment

Personnel Employment is a specialist employment agency assisting people with a disability to find and maintain employment in the mainstream workforce.

As one of South Australia’s longest established and highly regarded Disability Employment Service (DES) providers, Personnel Employment supports over 500 clients and is proud to work with some of the State’s leading employers.

Established in 1986, Personnel Employment is a division of Barkuma Incorporated, a member based, not-for-profit organisation that provides a range of services to help people with a disability live and work in the community.

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

We are pleased to advise that as from March 2013, Personnel Employment will operate as a Specialist service provider across Adelaide for people with Developmental Disability. 

This news comes as an outcome of the Federal Government’s recent tender.  In transitioning to the new contract, we will continue to provide services to all our clients.

All Personnel Employment clients will be contacted in between December 2012 and March 2013 to provide them with further information.

If you have any queries, please feel free to speak with your Key Worker.

If anyone ever needs to find a file amoungst the 20,000 odd files they have at the Business SA Registration Office, Carol is the person they ask. Carol has been a client with Personnel Employment and through their assistance started with Business SA in 2007. Carol's methodical approach and meticulous attention to detail has meant she has become a valuable asset to her team.
