Personnel Employment is a specialist employment agency assisting people with a disability to find and maintain employment in the mainstream workforce.

As one of South Australia’s mostly highly rated Disability Employment Service (DES) providers, Personnel Employment supports over 700 clients and is proud to work with some of the State’s leading employers.

Established in 1986, Personnel Employment is a division of Barkuma Incorporated, a member based, not-for-profit organisation that provides a range of services to help people with a disability live and work in the community.

Wade Cronin

Set Crew Attendant

Wade is a client with Personnel Employment and is currently employed as a set crew attendant at the Adelaide Convention Centre. In addition to these duties, Wade also assists the Groundskeeping staff to keep the gardens on the foreshore of the River Torrens looking tip top. Wade is a big Port Power Supporter and enjoys going to the movies and Tai Kwon-Do in his spare time, with the goal to get a black belt in the future! Go Wade!
